H300M
The H300M is a manually operated bandsaw machine offered by EIM-Trade and manufactured in Bulgaria by EMI JSC Silistra - a well-established private company which specializes in the production and export of bandsaw machines exclusively. The company has an integrated quality management system and the according certificates for compliance to the ISO 9001:2008, TUV Austria, UKAS 008 (Bureau Veritas) and CE standards.
The H300M is capable of cutting up to 300mm (at 45 and 90 degree cut) square and circular profiles and up to 300x500 (at 90 degree cut) rectangular ones at 45 and 90 degree angle. The machine has a hydraulically-assissted frame lift and a tension indicator for the blade tensioning mechanism, thus allowing an easy, hands-on control over the blade deflection, which improves the cut precision. The machine uses a 4140x27x0.9 blade running continuously at 7 to 106 RPM driven by a 1.5kW motor. The sturdy, robust design is attractive for craftsmen who seek a reasonably priced and durable machine without compromising its reliability and precision.
